Here's the scoop: You've got a splendid 14 days from the moment your design dreams land in your hands to decide if they're your perfect palette. But remember, after that, the canvas might be a bit too crowded, so let's keep it within that timeframe, alright?

Before you whisk those creations back to us, drop us a line at ekantikadesigns@gmail.com. We'll dive into your inbox with the creative deets on how to kickstart your return masterpiece. Just ensure all items are wrapped up in their original packaging and untouched for the ultimate design reunion!

Toss your name, address, and the artistic reason behind your return into the mix, along with whether you're envisioning a swap or a refund. And if it's a swap, don't forget to include the postage funds for a seamless transition.

Once we've got your designs back in our studio, we'll fire up the imagination engines and process your refund within 21 days. It's like a splash of inspiration in your bank account!

Now, a little heads-up: while we're all about embracing the creative vibe, we can't refund the postage fees (unless the creations are creatively flawed). And there are a few design darlings that can't join in on the refund revelry, like;
